Suggestion Needed for concurrent filling

Hi Anil, Can you please share your inputs

I have an approved I-140 under EB2 category with priority date as Sep-2018 and I have valid stamped VISA till April’ 2027. Now my company is planning to upgrade my case to EB-1C. I have two questions.

  1. Since my priority date is already current is it worth of filling I-765 and I-131?

  2. Can I go for concurrent filling of all I-140,I-765,I-131 and I-485 at once? Or wait until I-140 approved?
