Timeline after Concurrent filing of I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131

My PD: 01may2014(Eb2), recently did concurrent filing(I-140 & I-485) on 29th sep. 2022 just right before the deadline.
My file reached Texas service center.

My questions:

  1. What are the next steps on my file? How USCIS process my case?
  2. Is it better to upgrade to premium processing or just leave as is?
  3. Is it mandatory to get I-140 approved before issuing EAD/AP?

Please advise.

USCIS can issue EAD/AP even when i140 is pending.
