TN Visa For Canadian Citizen

Hi

I am a Canadian citizen residing in Toronto, Canada. I have got a job opportunity (IT services) from a US hiring agency. Since this is a contracting opportunity, in terms of offer, I have received the Purchase Order agreement from the hiring agency which basically describes the terms of agreement between the hiring agency and my Canadian Incorporation.

My question is, will I get a TN visa issued to me if I land on a US entry point based on this purchase order ?
