Hi All, my H1B transfer/amendment has been initiated from one state another state and LCA completed for same. planning to travel india and come back to new state address, please suggest if any legal issues for travel during h1b amendment/transfer in progress.
H1B extension of status, amendment or transfers are not impacted by travel.
