I have h1b visa stamped on my passport and valid till March 2024 for my current Employer. I recently got a new job and and I received h1b transfer approval with new employer a few days back. I plan to visit my home country next month in December. Are there any issues if i travel with h1b visa stamping from my old employer or do i need to get new visa stamp from new employer to visit my country.
No issues. The visa stamp can be used to enter the US as long as it is valid on the day of entry.
Just show the new employer’s H1B i797 approval at the time of entry.
