my H-1B was approved last month valid until Jan 2029, but my wife concurrent H-4 and EAD extensions are still pending. Although her physical H-4/EAD copies expiring in Feb 22 2026, she has a valid visa stamp and I-94 through Oct 2026 from our last trip. Can she safely travel to India this month end and return on that stamp without abandoning her pending H-4 extension and EAD, and can she use my new 2029 approval at the border to get an updated I-94?
