Hello,
Is it okay for someone to travel on an already approved B2 visa to the USA for a few weeks while they are awaiting h4 visa appointments? We have filled H4 ds160, paid the fee and are awaiting appointments. In the meantime, we were wondering if my partner can come visit me on a B2 visa. Would appreciate any insights, experience, risks etc that come with this. Appreciate the help!
