Travel with H1B visa stamp validity of less than 5 months

Hi,

My current H1B visa stamp is expiring on Nov 02. I am planning to travel outside the USA around the first week of April. Will be there any issue when returning having an H1B visa stamp validity of less than 4-5 months?

No issues. Just need to have a valid visa stamp to enter the USA. I-94 will be given till 11/2 unless you are the beneficiary of an approved H1B petition beyond 11/2. If you are the beneficiary of an approved h1b petition beyond 11/2 you will get the I-94 up until then unless your passport is expiring in which case the I94 will be shortened till the last validity date of your passport.
