Traveling to US with 1 month left on Visa

Hello,

I am returning to USA with 1 month left on Visa and then my employer plans to apply for extension.

Is it okay to enter with 1 month left on visa? Has anyone done the same?

There is no issue. You can enter any time and then file extension.
