Travelling while H4 extension is in progress

Hi,

I am on H1-B with I-94 validitiy till April 30th 2025.
I plan to visit India later this month and return back in December.

My spouse(H4 ) and Kid ( US Citizen) plan to stay back in US .however my spouses I-94 .Extension has been filed in June with I-94 expiring on July 28th 2024
and approval is pending ,

could you please advise if I (H1-b) can travel to India.
will there be any issue on H4 i-94 extension is in progress.

You can travel. I don’t see any issue.

My spouse’s H4 extension is in progress. If i file EAD now, will it be approved together?
