Hello Ricky,

We forgot to apply h4 extension for my wife (i94 expired on DEC-26-2024(she is still in usa) accrued unlawful presence of 42days due to lack of immigration knowledge i have not not applied h4 extension with my h1b extension.

Can you please suggest me with the next steps to do.

File H4 NPT application with USCIS to request i94 from back date. Or leave US and Get H4 visa stamp with entry ban waiver from US embassy
