Unable to login - Need to reset my security answers on the new portal

I’ve tried calling all the numbers listed on their portal - both US and India numbers. No one answers. I’ve tried emailing support-india@usvisascheduling.com multiple times the last couple of weeks. No response their either. Has anyone hit the same issue and figured out how to get past it ? Any help here is very helpful.

Hi I am also having the same issue, how to reset those. Please some one suggest.
