Hello All,
I created my sister’s profile on ustravel docs (old portal). I added my mother’s information into that profile as well so that I can ensure that both of them are able to get an appointment together.
After the new visa portal became available, I was able to find the receipt for my sister but not for my mother.
Contacted customer care multiple times via email and call but no clear next steps. Anybody else facing similar issue?
