Urgent" H1-B transfer related question

Hello ! I am looking for help on this because I am not sure what to do here.

My form I-129 for Employer X was approved on 05/23/2024. The validity for class H1B is from 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2027. On 12/06/2024, I received a new approval for I-129 with a new employer Y.

I am trying to understand whether I can work with my original employer X until I start with the new employer. Can I do so even if the start date on my new I-129 has been kicked off?

I will ensure that I only work for one employer at a time, but am unsure whether I can work for Employer X even after H1B has been approved for employer Y?

You should be able to work for employer X as long as they don’t explicitly withdraw the H1B.

I do not see them withdrawing it but will confirm the same with them. Thank you !
