Hello,
I would like to understand if there is any issue joining the employer after 60 days grace period.
I received the offer letter within 60 days; employer told me they will file H1B in premium but not allowing me to join on receipt notice, they will wait until petition gets approved.
Here is the timeline:
H1b grace period ending on April 16, 2023
LCA filed and expected to get approval this week.
H1b transfer filing will be on April 10, 2023 - I don’t think it will get approved by April 15th.
Any suggestions?
