I am going for renewal for my minor on h4 who is 15 year old.Her previous visa was issued before the age of 14 and hence not tenprinted that time. However,under alien registration act ,she has done tenprinting in US.
For her visa ,the question in ds160 under US Travel/Previous visa section it says “have you been tenprinted ?” What should be my answer here
Another Que is If I say NO for “have you attended any institution of secondary level or above” however I mention her high school information under current education. Can it create problem?
I suggest to say ‘No’ for ten printing as this is a visa application and US embassy handles it.
Thank you for your reply. I have one more doubt, if I plan to travel with my minor for her h4 stamping. What should I answer for “Is your mother/father in US?” Please note DS160 will be filled up and will be submitted online in India
