URGENT: Transit visa requirements?

Expired J1 stamp
Valid DS 2019

Travelling to India for stamp renewal
Flight newark to munich to mumbai
1 hr 20 min layover in munich
Same terminal

Do i need transit visa if i have a layover for 1h 20 min in Germany for the above case.

Please respond urgently, i fly tomorrow i.e, 12/18/2024
