US Address Format in Passport Application

Hi Friends,

In the passport application it is specified that the the US address needs to be in following format
Address Line 1 (House No. and Street Name)
Address Line 2 (Village/Town/City etc.)
Address Line 3 (ZIP code and Country etc.)

Since there is no mention of state, is it OK if I give something like
"CA 94560, USA" (State + Zip + Country) in the # Address Line 3 field.

You can put City, CA in 2nd line. 3rd line can be Zip, USA
