US Travel Docs Profile Issue for B2 Visa

Hello , I am applying B2 visa for my parents .

After DS 160 completion , created profile in
to schedule interview .

Mistakenly selected language as Korean in the first page of the profile . From last 2 weeks trying to reach customer service to change the language or delete the profile , but no response .

Anything I am missing here ?

Try the twitter account of UsTravelDocs (third party company) and not the government one.
