Hello , I am applying B2 visa for my parents .
After DS 160 completion , created profile in https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en/nonimmigrant-visa?nodialog
to schedule interview .
Mistakenly selected language as Korean in the first page of the profile . From last 2 weeks trying to reach customer service to change the language or delete the profile , but no response .
Number/ Email I am trying - +91 22 62011000 / +1 703 520 2239, support-india@usvisascheduling.com
Anything I am missing here ?

Try twitter and you may get lucky.

Try the twitter account of UsTravelDocs (third party company) and not the government one.
