US VISA Login issue


One of my friend created his visa profile with a typo in his username(abc@gmail.coma instead of He realized this after finding a slot when he wasn’t receiving confirmation email. He opened a ticket to have this fixed but he just received an email providing a link to fix the username but when he proceeds to click it, the username(both the typo and the right one) and password don’t work anymore. When attempts forgot password, he enter the email but he never gets it.

Is there a way to fix it? May be contact someone to fix this issue.

I am in the same boat, I created profile with my email ID and put parents mail ID in their application details. It automatically switched the profiles. Now I dont see the fee paid and its such a mess.
