Hi,

What if child is already 15 year old, still they need to register? My child entered in US when she was 8 year old and in 2020 during H4 extension we had her biometric here in US. Also we had another extension in 2022 and last week again my company has filed H1+H4 extension. Should we register her again while her H4 is in process? or should we wait until H4 approval come?
Is this rule apply only who turn 14 years after April 11th and does not apply to kids who have already turned 14 or who are now age 15 or 16?

With so much of confusion, it is better to register again and let USCIS decide if they have your child’s fingerprints or not.

If they already have it, they will not send the fingerprint appointment.

Just do not rely on all these confusing rules that they have created now.
