They said they will limit or reduce the waste but not AVOID. Avoiding wastage is virtually impossible.

It means USCIS will still waste more than 100K visas.

They like to play ping pong with immigrants. They knew about the situation for months and yet did nothing. Now they take action at the last moment causing heartburn to everyone and forcing the blame on the applicant who might not have enough time to respond.

DoS should make all the categories current till USCIS can get its act together.

Can someone explain this statement by USCIS,

How many AOS applications will be approved this year? What will the wastage be? Any insights please.
