Hi , I have new petition approved in 2024 and my H1B is valid till Oct 2027. I am currently in India and have resigned the company who had filed the petition so currently I am looking for H1B transfer sponsor and also would like to see if that would required 100k fees.
Your case is vague as per the definition of $100k fee rules.
I am afraid employers will be hesitant to file H1B transfer as there is no clear way to find out if you have to pay the fee or not.
