VFS Global - Online Passport Application Form : wrong layout, please RE-PRINT same number application form

I got the below response from VFS global for printing the application form in landscape mode.
“Online Passport Application Form : wrong layout, please RE-PRINT same number application form. It should be printed in a portrait layout. Do not print on both sides of the paper.”

Questions:

  1. Changing portrait mode will print the application in 5 pages. Are they very specific printing it in 4 pages as mentioned on their checklist document?
  2. Do I need to affix the photograph again on the reprinted application form or the VFS will use the photo from the old application?

  1. No. 5 pages are okie
  2. Yes, I would fix a photo before sending, unless VFS mentioned it’s not required.

Thanks for the response. VFS call center confirmed that the photo is not needed as they will use the photo sent in the earlier application form and printing 5 pages is also fine.
