Hello All, I need guidance for making payment on VFSGlobal while booking biometric appointment from US to India. I am choosing VFS Credit/Debit card but on click of submit getting err- support- "Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access vfsglobal.com " Do you have any suggestions how i can proceed? i have been contacting their support but not getting appropriate answr, neither am able to attach screenshot in pdf/jpefg format as their file attachment keep throwing error- File format not correct. Any advice pls…
Did you try a different browser?
Sometimes, their website code has issues with browser itself.
I faced the same issue two days ago. It finally worked from my work laptop when I was always getting this error from my personal laptop. Also, someone told it can be an issue during weekends and so try to make payment during IST working hours.
With personal laptops if there are any ad blockers or popup blockers or other extensions it might cause problems too it seems.
Clear cache, try from Google Chrome and may be try incognito window

Thanks , i was move forward by trying on my work laptop. For payment, i am trying using US credit cards and its again throwing payment error, may i know how you made the payment? i am not having Indian credit card but have netbanking.

I paid using UPI with GPay app by scanning QR code.
I am assuming you are able to login normally via net banking through bank portal outside of usvisascheduling or the VFS payment gateway and also make transactions to ensure the account is not dormant. Also hope the fund is in the savings account and not like linked auto sweep FD account because that might cause low balance issues.
Regarding US based credit card, have you used that card earlier to make purchases in India recently? This is just to make sure the card does not have any restrictions on usage internationally.
Finally try during weekdays IST hours like 10 AM IST just to make sure there are no site maintenance going on during US timezones or weekends.
You can check with chat support at least for this question whether they allow US credit card or not as payment mode.
