When scheduling visa appointment, one of the question is “Have you ever been refused a U.S. visa before?”. Last time when I went for dropbox during Covid, I received a 221g asking me to appear for in-person interview. The visa was approved after the interview. In this case, do you answer “yes” or “no” to the question of visa refusal? The visa was approved but does 221g count towards “yes”? Also does answering “yes” means you cannot apply for dropbox now?
