Visa Dropbox eligibility window is over while case is still processing

My H1B visa expired on Apr 6th 2020.
I have submitted docs for visa stamping through dropbox on Mar26th 2024 as I was eligible for interview waiver.
My visa status is showing as Application received , case created date April 4th 2024.

My question:
As I am eligible for dropbox only until April 6th 2024 and my case is still processing (Application recieved).
Is my case still treated as interview waiver?

They consider the eligiblity on the date of dropping the documents.
