I submitted my documents on 24th May 2022 for renewal of my US visitor visa which expired on 22nd May. 2022 I have been checking the cgifederal website which states Document Delivery Information:
On the ceac.state.gov website, my application status is ‘Application Received’ which was last updated on 26th May 2022. VFS global has no contact numbers though the exec who collected my documnets mentioned I should receive a response in 10 days (max 21 days). Could someone please help me understand why this is taking so long and if there’s anything I can do get an update at least?
