Looking for recommendations on parent’s visitor medical insurance in USA.
Anyone has any good feedback about any online insurance that actually works here in USA?
Parents are 65 and 60 with no major health issues and visiting for 6 months
Buy something from a reliable USA company.
There are many desi owned insurance companies (I don’t want to name them) but I have heard they have lot of fine print conditions.
I suggest to buy insurance from a USA based company for better service.
Many people take basic insurance to cover hospital stay upto 50k-100k. If they are healthy, they may not need any regular doctor visit.
Many people also not take any insurance and use the ‘no insurance’ service where Doctor visit may cost you pretty much in the range of $70-150 as doctors then charge no-insurance low rate.
