What happens to EAD/AP card we got in EB3 when we interfile to EB2

I have EAD/AP card from eb2-eb3 downgrade.

Now I applied for interfile to EB2. What will happen to that EAD/AP card. Can we use them?

You should be able to use the EAD/AP cards as they are of category C09.

Both EB3 and EB2 EADs have the same category C09 and do not differ on the basis of EB2 or EB3.

You can get a second opinion from your attorney too.
