What happens to my H4EAD applied for the first time along with H4 extension if my spouse changes employer

Hi Anil,

My Spouse is on H1B and filed for Extension with his current Employer-A(both H1 & H4) in Jan, along with extension we have also filed for my H4 EAD (in Feb)for the first time and it is currently in process.
Question:
If he switch to Employer-B now and file for Transfer+Extension (H1 & H4), what happens to the H4 EAD application which is currently in process ?
Does it needs to be filed again with Employer B receipt details ?
Note: I140 filed with Employer A is approved and gone past 6 months
