Hello , I am in H1B Visa (TCS) , got released from project recently, got the second project but VIsa team and RMG team is holding my H1B Amendment process as I am not allocated for more than 3 weeks, they are asking me to go back Home country… New project to give allocation we need to file amendment, to file amendment it will take 4 weeks .
stuck in dead lock situation
