Will the approved i-140 (more than 180 days) with Prev Employer is valid and can be used for h1 extension with curent employer?

I have a approved i-140 (more than 180 days) which was filled by my Prev-to-Prev Employer which is not withdrawn and also i have completed 6+ Years in H1B

I joined a New employer recently and If I initiate a new PERM and i140 filling with current employer and for some reason if the i-140 filled by current employer gets denied.

Will the previous employer’s i140 will still remain valid/Good and can be used for h1b extension with current employer?

Yes you can use it for AC21 extensions however you need approved I-140 from current employer to file AOS.
