Hi Anil,
I have filed EOI for 190 with 261313 ANZSCO code in Dec 2018 with 75 points. (65+5+5(65+ Spouse 5+ State Sponsorship 5)). I applied for NSW, Queensland and Selected “Any” also. Can you please tell me what are the chances of getting invitation and how long it might take to get invited?

Hi Anil Sir,

As per the new SOL list of NSW, they have added new criteria in ANZSCO code 233512 as one year NSW working experience is necessary. Does it will impact on pending EOI or the new one ?

Date of effect means that the points are applicable starting from that date and time.

That means i have updated my EOI at 22nd April 2019. Then the date of effect must match with this date. Is that so ?

I am not sure about those places you have mentioned.

On the other hand, 489 is being closed starting Nov 16, 2019. So, it is better you use your efforts in other PR visa types.

Is there any risk for someone currently on 489 to apply for 189 visa before fulfilling the 2 years condition of living and working in regional Australia?
