Consecutive H1B transfers

Hello!

Could you please help me with below situation? I would appreciate any responses.
I’m working currently for Employer A and got my H1B transfer approved for Employer B. And my joining date with Employer B is in 2 weeks. Now I have received another better offer from Employer C, who is willing to do my H1B transfer but the whole process will take another 2 months.

Considering this situation, are there any legal risks/challenges -
If I join Employer B and then request Employer C to do the transfer? (or)
should I continue working with Employer A and do the transfer to Employer C?

(I’m considering the 1st option, since the transfer is already approved and there might be chances of denial/rfe in transfer to C)

There is no issue. You can choose any employer.
Both options should be fine.

Thanks Anil for your response! I’m considering the latter option since employer C needs 2-3 paystubs I guess and sticking with A will move it faster. Are there chances of RFE with the 2nd transfer? Could you please share your thoughts
