Also applied to ACT with the same.

What is the chance for an invite?

Chances of invite are low with 70 points. I suggest to increase points to have any realistic chance.

Is NSW open for Engineering Technologist. I do not see the Engineering Technologist role open there. Can you please let me know when did you submit. Also, I got ACT ITA for me. Chances are good with ACT for you.

Hi Anil,
I require some clarifications regarding this new additional points.
a) the initial letter from dha stated that points will get automatically updated in all submitted eoiā€™s already claiming 5 partner points
b) however Iā€™ve got a mail from dha now asking me to update the eoi citing updation of points.
c) however my other friends who are bachelors or claiming partner points have not received such a mail and their points have got automatically updated.
Iā€™m not able to understand this. Need your two cents on this.

Didnā€™t see any points update. Iā€™ve done it manually. But any idea, as to why this has happened?
Other friends of mine report that they have not received any such mail.

I got my assessment from EA some months ago as Engineering Technologist.
Do i have any chance with 75 points for 189?
What about 190 or 491?
My sister also lives in Victoria, does that help me in anyway?

There are no points for relatives in 189 and 190 categories. You can try for 491 sponsorship.

Chances of invite are low with 75 points.

I have 30 points for my age,
20 points for PTE
15 points for my bachelor
10 points for work experience
And I can add 5 more points for my wifeā€™s PTE score
With 15 points for visa 491
That would be 95
Now how is my chance?
