Hi @Sidra_D

Hi @Madhuri27
Sorry, I do not share individual case estimations.
Thanks for your understanding.

Approved Case Receipt Date USCIS Service Request
15 Aug, 18
9 month 17 days 06 May, 18
1 year

What does this mean? I submitted my case oct 8 2018.

Plz can u explain why the receipt date go back to May 5 ? I was chocked when I checked last 2 days , my receipt date was 30 August 2018 in Nebraska service, I was close but now I have to wait 4 months more :sob::sleepy:

Hi @Kaoutar_Bouayez

USCIS moves the dates back every month and our services checks the user reported cases against the USCIS website.
When it checks, it marks some records as wrongly reported by users and the dates goes back too for most recent approved cases.

hi @Sidra_D
ā€˜Approved case receipt date’ is the most recent approval of I130 application that our service could find as reported by users on various online forums and groups.

ā€˜USCIS service request date’ is the date which you can use to call USCIS and ask for your case status if your own case’s date is older than this date.

Ok thank u very much , so thats it’s normal , I don’t have to worry.

Hi @dipal_77
You have to look your dates in USCIS visa bulletin only after your I-130 has been approved? Has it been approved already?

HI @Moon2019

Hi @kevin

We do not know why the permanent resident’s I130 application processing time is faster than US citizens.

USCIS way of processing applications is not known and they do not share any insights either.

Unfortunately, it is what it is.

Hi @takak

Can you please estimate when will I get approval . Please help me and explain my case

Hi @Amina

Please use the dates provided on our I130 estimates page.

Hi yours case is approved or not ? Because my pd is 18/12/2017 so I didn’t get any approval

My husband is green card holder .my pd is 18/12/2017 at California service center . When I should expect my approvel?

Hi anil, I have a question so on your chart for the taxes service center, it show that they approved cases on oct 26,18… did they approve the cases before it in October, and how come they’re approving ones after August while working on them. Doesn’t receipt inquiry date means they finished that case on that date and you can ask about it. Thanks a lot

Hi @Nada_Nazar

The chart only says that most recent approval was found on that date. It does NOT mean that all cases before that date have been approved.

Not all cases with same receipt date are processed on same day. This is wrong assumption and completely wrong understanding.
