My I 130 under F4 category was filled on March 8th 2018 at CSC. Can I know by when the petition may get approved and when would the visa number become current?

please tell me i130 current processing in your website the cases are approved that were filled in Sep 2019 but in USCIS website the case was approved in jun 3 2019 .What happened ?
please guide me . whats a real current processing time in now days.

Hi Guys, my PD is 2592019. Need to know that my receipt starts with IOE (E filing) which was submitted in CSC. We recently asked USCIS via online account and got message from NSC that your case is in line and will get feedback in 60 days. Now my concern is for E Files, does anyone know expected processing time?
Secondly, I need to shift to other apartment, do I need to notify uscis? If yes then how ?? As there is no procedure mention for beneficiary living outside United States.
