Need Help on H4 EAD

Hi, I am on h1b and have applied h4ead to my spouse on current employer in march 2024. Current h4 is valid until feb 2026. Now I have got an opportunity with new employer and I am in process of transferring h1b to new employer.
I have couple of questions,

  1. should I transfer my spouse h4 too, if yes, what will be the impact to current h4 ead processing?
  2. if I don’t update or transfer spouse h4, what will be the impact to current ead processing.
    Please advice. Thanks.

Got it thanks. I will keep H4 EAD application as it is and will not apply for H4 or new h4 EAD, as H4 has more 1.5 years.
