I am also in same boat but this time it is little different error , it says “our server have not received a response from your bank or card company or you have not completed payment ……so on “
But I did check with my bank and payment is done , even I got confirmation email, it’s just that I can’t download the courier label from Vfs, I did call Vfs and spen $14-15 bucks and they said to send email, still awaiting response . They also mentioned you can generate your own label but my question is, can I just go to UPS store and get my own label , don’t I need to update it anywhere in Vfs website , let me know if anyone tried that route and just to let you know I already chosen the Vfs label service which is fedex labels.
I think wait for VFS to show that payment was declined or something similar before you buy your own.
You will probably need to update your application also and change the courier option.
