Even I tried calling them @ramsri2020 but unfortunately I experienced the same pattern as happened with you. It took me a while to reach them may be after almost 1 hr I was finally in line and then I immediately stated them the issue and after that they put me on hold and later they came back but for some reason saying that thaey are escalating the issue and after 1-2 mins they stopped talking without givingme any confirmation. I could hear the background noise of other calls but the agents were not talking at all. I kept calling them several times and after almost a couple mins, the first one disconnected me and when I called in the second time he did the same but this time the agent responded after being silent for almost 2 mins saying “oh sorry, i didn’t know you were calling”, I mean we are after all in a call and he responded that way. It was such a strange behaviour and it felt like they were procastinating in responding so that the minutes can increase. The service is very disappointing.
Yes the same @Neeraj_Vasudeva but for a couple of us unfortunately despite trying in other browsers for several days we are still seeing the same issue

Sorry to hear about that. I remember going through almost the same ordeal. I sent them a direct message through twitter and i got a response from them almost after 4 months. Luckily my issue got resolved within a day or two.
I think your best bet is to reach out to them through diff. mechanisms like twitter direct message, their google customer care form if it still exists.

I doubt this issue is due to may be I used Discover card to make the payment, instead of Master, Visa card as they mentioned by VFS. But the VFS site did not stop me from using Discover card.

Today ie 9/12/22 I almost called 6 times to 8003209693 to connect with VFS agent , I enter my creditcard details and then after 10 - 16 mins later the call gets disconnected while waiting for agent. It was very annoying and frustration to be at mercy of some inefficient people and process like VFS. To my surprise I checked today on 9/12/22 in the night to verify if courier labels are available ever since I made payment on 9/8/22. I was able to download Fedex label , so I am sending them tomorrow. What I found on the label is that it has a date of 9/13 so it means that it took almost 4 days for VFS to generate a label with FedEx. so , please allow atleast 4 to 5 days . The label had address as below

Hi… My problem is still not solved… Sorry for bothering again… After getting a transaction failure message, was there an incomplete application under retrieve application? Actually I deleted the incomplete application after I got the confirmation email. Can that be a reason for not showing my application and courier label?
@tamalika I think that’s the problem. I have tried editing and submitted multiple times, but did not delete. Also you can try through feedback/complaint form to get their help. I did that as well, but not sure how exactly it worked. Good luck…
Hi @tamalika i had did the payment on 9/8 around 8pm, but that should not impact. If you got confirmation email then that ARN should be used. I sent query to vfs and they replied after 10 days. There email address is info.ihcusa@vfshelpline.com.

Just like others I am in same boat. I filled out application for both my children on 26 September around evening and then went to VFS Global link (part of checklist), created registration and then made the payment by card which included VFS courier service of about 72 dollars for both applications. When i made the payment, the screen went back to the login page. So i went to my bank website to confirm if the payment has been taken out and it did show that the amount was in process of being paid. So after 2 hrs, i went to this link as told in checklist to get the courier label https://row4.vfsglobal.com/IHCUSPostalAppointment/?Length=7 but after entering application reference number, passport number and child’s date of birth, i got message that " * There is no record available for the details shared. Please verify if you are entering the correct details associated with your login ID". So i waited till next day to try again, but same thing again. I checked my bank account and it showed that the payment was sent to vfs and was withdrawn from my account. So on Sep 28, i tried again to see if i can get courier label, but again same message. Then i went to contact information and clicked on link to submit my query. I entered it two different times since its two different applications. And at first i got usual automated response that my query has been received. Then by end of day i got emails by agents telling me that my query has been forwarded to technical team and told me to wait couple days. Today its Sep 30, i tried again just to check if i can be able to retrieve label but same old message again.
I have seen some response that tells to waits 4-5 days, so hoping 5th day is the charm. Today Sep 30th, evening will be complete 4 days since i made payment. So lets see. Anyone has any suggestion or advise for me? Did you get confirmation receipt in email? Because part of my checklist is to mail in the application confirmation receipt as well. My service center is NY.

This is the solution. Keep on try for sometime. Shipping label will be downloaded. I got it after a long try. Thanks
