Visa fee paid for 2 on old portal unable to link both profiles on new portal

Hi

I made visa payment for 2 people for B1/B2 tourism togather in old visa scheduling portal. On the new portal I created to seperate profiles and trying to claim the receipt on those two profile seperately (as group scheduling not possible for 2 person on new portal) . Is it possible or will i forfeit my remaining amount once I claim for one .??
