@anil_am22 I did not understand completely but I feel SEC. 273. AMENDMENTS TO RECOVERY REBATES UNDER THE CARES ACT. in the second stimulus package law says that if joint filed with only one SSN, then one can get rebate. Yet to see someone cover this definitively to prove if I understood it correct or wrong. Also I cannot find the IRS 1040 Instructions that is not a draft for 2020, so cannot tell from that as well.
