As far as I know, it should be done again.
A lot depends on why it was denied too.
The application for PERM was denied because the lawyer submitted it late.
Same, same PD and approved on 8/21

Nothing yet… looking at their logs for Q2, it seems that they processed a lot until 9/14/2022 by 6/30. Not sure why would it take them 2 months to complete the other half of September
