My 2 cents on Singapore PCC for folks not in Singapore (I live in Shanghai, China)

  1. After I filed the PR application and got the acknowledgement letter from DHA, I filed an appeal to SOF for certificate of clearance (COC)
  2. COC was approved in 2 working days
  3. Using the appeal number, I filed the COC application (paid SGD 55 as the processing fee)
  4. COC application was approved the same day
  5. Next, I will get send the finger print to my friend in Singapore, who will take it to SPF office and take the COC report on my behalf.
